This Notice explains how Syntrix collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the Service.
1. Data We Collect
Account data (email, display name, hashed password), profile data you provide, usage data (logs, IP, device), and content you create in the Service. For paid orders Paddle processes your billing details on our behalf.
2. Legal Basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting), and based on legitimate interests such as security and product improvement.
3. Paddle as Merchant of Record
When you buy a subscription, Paddle.com Market Limited acts as MoR and data controller for payment, tax and invoicing data. See Paddle's privacy notice for details: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.
4. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database), Paddle (payments), and authentication providers strictly to operate the Service. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Billing records are retained as required by tax law (typically up to 10 years). You can request deletion of your account at any time.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR), you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, and object to processing. Contact us through the in-app support widget to exercise your rights.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, row-level security in the database, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; report concerns through the in-app support widget.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the Service and optional analytics cookies. You can accept or reject optional cookies in the consent banner.
9. Changes
We may update this Notice; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
