These Terms govern your use of Syntrix (the “Service”), provided by Syntrix (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Service you confirm that you can form a binding contract and will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR) for all paid orders. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks. The Paddle Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Prices are shown in USD and may include taxes collected by Paddle. Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.

4. Refunds

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscription purchases. Refunds are processed by Paddle in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to break security, reverse engineer, resell access without authorization, or use the Service for unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, content and trademarks, is owned by Syntrix or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling and deleting your account.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
