Syntrix offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit https://paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or contact Syntrix support through the in-app widget and we will help initiate the refund.
What Is Covered
The 30-day window applies to new subscription purchases. Refunds outside this window are reviewed case-by-case in line with Paddle's Refund Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. The funds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is independent from a refund request.
